Pizza Cutters
Cutting into a freshly baked pizza is a satisfying experience. It helps to have a nice pizza cutter. You’ll want one that has some substance to it, but isn’t too heavy. I prefer pizza cutters with large wheels, rather than smaller one, at least 4-6 inches wide, so that you can cut into the thickest of pizzas with ease. A large handle is a plus too. My favorite pizza cutter has a plastic cover for the sharp edge of the wheel, so that you don’t cut your fingers when digging around in your drawer. A good pizza cutter can also be used to cut quesadillas, sandwiches, pancakes, brownies, blocks of fudge, and more.
